An enquiry is not a booking
Submitting the form does not hold the dates or create a contract. We first check availability and send the full price and conditions. A booking becomes binding only after you expressly accept them and meet the stated payment conditions.
Price and payment
The price depends on dates, length of stay and number of guests. Before confirmation you receive the total price, fees, deposit, payment method and due dates. SunnyLaMata.com does not collect payment through the form.
Changes and cancellation
Rules for date changes and cancellation are supplied with the individual offer. Review them before payment. Bookings made through Booking.com are governed by the confirmation issued by that service.
Staying at the apartment
- Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
- Arrival and departure times and key handover are confirmed before the stay.
- Building rules, quiet hours and a ban on parties apply.
- Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not permitted.
- Special needs, including accessibility or baby equipment, should be discussed before booking.
