A good La Mata itinerary should not fill every hour. Weather, sea conditions and your group’s energy can change the order. This plan combines rest with local discoveries and leaves space for spontaneous choices.
Day by day
- Day 1: check-in, groceries and a first walk to the sea
- Day 2: beach, promenade and dinner in La Mata
- Day 3: walk or cycle in La Mata–Torrevieja Natural Park
- Day 4: Torrevieja centre, harbour and seafront
- Day 5: a slow pool and beach day
- Day 6: a day trip to Alicante, Elche or another chosen destination
- Day 7: your favourite beach section, final shopping and rest

Never enter the sea under a red flag. Swap the beach for the park, a museum, market or long lunch.
